How can you come on board?

New members
Sign up for the WestStyleClub at your nearest Westside store for an annual membership fee of Rs.299.
New WestStyleClub members will earn Reward points: 1 NeuCoin for every Rs.1000 spent.All points earned will have a 12-month validity from the time the points were earned.

After the 12-month period, all WestStyleClub members can reload their fashion fabulousness for an annual fee of Rs.299, as per the terms communicated from time to time. Following the reload, the WestStyleClub benefits would refresh for the following 12 months period.

Terms of the WestStyleClub membership program

 

Reward Points

• WestStyleClub members can earn and redeem their reward points on purchases across all Westside and Utsa stores.
• WestStyleClub members can earn their NeuCoins on purchases made on tatacliq.com and westside.com and TataNeu
• NeuCoins cannot be earned on discounted or sale merchandise, or if any offers are being availed by the member.
• NeuCoins can be earned in-store only if the registered mobile number or membership number is shared with the cashier at the time of payment.
• Neucoins can be earned on online purchases only if the member has signed in using the registered mobile number or email address associated with the membership.
• NeuCoins will be given on the net invoice value (net of the Reward points redeemed,taxes and any discounts applied).
• NeuCoins cannot be earned on bulk purchases and the purchase of gift cards and e-gift vouchers.
• The accrual of NeuCoins and the value attributed on redemption of such NeuCoins will be as decided by Trent from time to time. The current terms are: For WestStyleClubmembers: Earn rate: Rs.1000 = 1 point; Burn rate: 1 point = Re1 Points can be redeemed at Westside stores with a minimum points balance of 150 points.
• NeuCoins will expire one year from the date on which the NeuCoin/s is/are earned.You are requested to keep track of your NeuCoins and ensure that they are redeemed on time before they lapse as we may or may not send any NeuCoins statement.
• The NeuCoins may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products at Westside and Utsa stores across India. Neucoins utilized are deducted from the Member's Neucoins balance. Any unused NeuCoins will remain associated with the Membership account and points will be applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the Members NeuCoins balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit/debit card, cash or any other valid mode of payment acceptable at the purchase location
• The Membership and its benefits including the NeuCoins cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. No interest will be payable by Trent on the NeuCoins balance. We make no representation or warranty that the NeuCoins associated with the Membership will always be accessible without interruption
• It is your responsibility to protect your Membership details from unauthorized access. We are not responsible if the Membership details are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used by third parties without your permission
• Returns: On return of merchandize to us for cash, the NeuCoins credited to your membership account for the returned merchandize shall be deducted/ reversed
• Exchange: On return of merchandize purchased from our Westside and Utsa stores in exchange for any other merchandize, the NeuCoins credited for the original purchase shall be adjusted according to the value of the merchandize taken by the Member in exchange
• Redemptions: Redemptions of NeuCoins can be made against purchase of merchandize at Westside and Utsa stores in India and on TataNeu. In order to redeemthe Reward Points associated with your Membership, you will receive a One-TimePassword (OTP) which must be given to the cashier during the billing process. For anyreason if you are unable to produce the OTP, you will have to share a photo identityproof issued by the Central/State government and generally accepted as proof ofidentity. In order to prevent the misuse of your Membership privileges, we are entitledto refuse a NeuCoin redemption request if you are unable to produce a valid OTP/photo identity proof at the cash counter. On production of a valid OTP/photo identity proof Reward Points will be deducted from your Membership account and applied to your purchase.

OFFERS AND PERKS

• Existing customers opting out of the WestStyleClub membership will not be eligible for any of the membership perks listed above (other than the reward points).
• A WestStyleClub member & his/her registered partner will be entitled to avail a discount on purchase of select merchandise at Westside store, once in your respective birthday months. The Birthday discount can be availed once a year. The date of birth provided by you & your partner in the WestStyleClub Membership application will be considered for this purpose. The rate of discount may be reviewed by us from time to time. The current rate of discount is 20% for purchases above Rs.5000. The maximum birthday discount that can be availed is Rs.4000. Birthday discount is valid only on inhouse merchandize. Birthday discounts are currently unavailable at our Landmark stores. Both you and your registered partner can avail birthday discounts in the same month, in two separate bills, and both bills need to meet the minimum spend threshold. If the registered partner for birthday discount is already a Westside member, then one other family member may be added.
• No two offers / membership perks can be clubbed together in a single transaction.
• All WestStyleClub Vouchers can be redeemed on non-sale merchandise only.
• We reserve the right to change or alter the contents of the Beauty Box or any other benefits.
• We reserve the right to change, alter, add or modify the term, benefits etc. under Membership program and in certain circumstances discontinue the program partially or in its entirety. The membership will be issued solely at the discretion of the management and the final decision on all matters relating to the membership shall rest with us.
• Any external providers of a benefit extended to Members will have absolute discretion in relation to the provision of services, and we do not guarantee that the external provider will fulfil the terms of their offers made through the Membership. Any inconsistency or denial to fulfil an offer by an external provider is extremely concerning to us. Such instances should be immediately informed to us so that we can take prompt corrective action.
• Services supplied by an external provider will be subject to the external provider s own terms and conditions. Neither do we make any representation regarding the quality of the benefits extended by external provider nor do we accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of a fault, error or omission in the provision of these services.
• We reserve the right to change our external providers without prior notice and our decision on appointment or discontinuation of an external provider is final.
